According to the desire of the First Congregational Church of Essex
to provide a safe place for its children to learn, and to provide
leadership that demonstrates godly character in both word and deed, I,
the undersigned, agree to the following:
- I have read and agree to abide by the Safe Building and Safe
Children Policy statement of the First Congregational Church of
Essex.
- I have never been convicted of a felony, nor have I ever been
investigated, charged, or convicted of a crime involving
children.
- I will make every effort, with the help of God, to live my life in
accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ, as outlined in the
Bible.
