Reverend Dr. Timothy M. Ziegenhals

 

Tim began his pastoral role at the First Congregational Church of Essex in 1994. He graduated with his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, South Hamilton, Massachusetts. He also holds a D.Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, CA, and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Mercy Center, Colorado Springs, CO.  Before entering the ministry, he worked for a number of years in the area of corporate lending.

Tim is married to Rama, who is also a trained spiritual director. They have two married daughters, Thais and Iela.

After 30 years of serving FCCOE and the Essex community, Pastor Tim is retiring at the end of December 2024. We pray for Pastor Tim and Rama on their new chapter of life where God is calling them to serve.
